Ladies and gentlemen, I'm pleased to announce that UKTerrorist can relate some exclusive information concerning the WCG 2003 UK Qualiifers.This event is set to be big, and I mean BIG. This year the event will be held at the XSGames show at the NEC in Birmingham. To give you a scale of how big this event is set to be, in October we had 400 square feet and made a pretty good job with so much space. This year the WCG has 7000 square feet, the equivalent of 4 football pitches.
The event will take place from Friday 25th July - Tuesday 29th July and there will be over 400 top spec gaming computers and 100+ Xboxs to support Halo events.
Rumoured sponsors for the WCG 2003 UK quals includes Samsung, Microsoft, Addidas, AMD etc...
Once again the event will be organised by Sujoy Roy and Dominic Mulroy of the VGA who believe this will be the "biggest ever event in Europe." After listening to much feedback from this year's event, they've made several changes, a major being that the event will close at 10pm each day and not 6pm which caused a few problems on the Saturday with some hasty decisions.
So make a space in your diaries and forget about all other events, because this will be the event all true gamers would want to attend.

If this event goes anything like the other events I have attended or had feed back about,it will be very good. The last VGA run event I was at was superb. However 7,000 sq METERES is whole lot diffrent and I am sure it will bring new challenges to the team.
I think it will be a specticle and one that will be well attended. Have VGA looked into a Travel sponsor so that both teams and spectators/visitors can get to the event cheaply or even for free?
Anyways gl guyz....this event is 24/7 work, now and right up until the event.
