With the recent news about the merger between USA teams United 5 and TSG there have also been a few more stateside snippets of news in the past few days. The first one is former TSG and Forsaken member Storm joining up with Bullseye at compLexity, certainly another big signing for them and will hopefully help them take the next step up. Not only this but there has been a big shakeup in TEC after their disappointing finish at CPL. It seems Wakefield has retired from CS and their squad leader Gouki, is going inactive. To solve the member shortage they have brought in t0oL from teams such as United 5 and Echo7 along with Mason, formerly of TAU and Forsaken fame. This leaves their lineup looking like this:
- Elude - Gosu - Griff - Mason - t0oL -
On top of this it seems TAU.cs have left the TAU organisation and headed off into the wilderness to form their own team named Hyperion. Although this will be a fresh start for them it could also be hinderance as they will have to start in CAL-P next season. Best of luck to them in their new quest for success.
In other USA related matters a rather controversial interview has been conducted with Hanes from Rival and he talks about the USA scene in general whilst also naming names about who should leave NoA in order for them to succeed and why motos leadership has put 3D on the wrong side of the curve. You can check it out here if you fancy hearing what he has to say.
