Both of these two cities' populations combined don't even come to close to a majority percentage of the population of Sweden. The population of metropolitan London is ~9,000,000. That means that Stockholm has ~17% of Sweden's population while London has ~15%. Not only that but there are almost as many people live in London as live in all of Sweden. Overheads, equipment,facilities all cost money and you need at least 20 pc's that can play games of todays standard and some more that dont need to be upgraded because they can still play last years games. Where do the swede's get the money to able to keep a place like that in the green in its bank balance? Your average person who comes into a net cafe is gona be a "gamer" "a person who just wants to browse the net" or very occasionaly a business man but mostly gamers who are usually aged between 16-25 so they wont be spending loads of money at the place.
