Another Steam Update

It's one of those days, Valve bringing us another Steam Update.

This time around it mainly fixes very nasty bugs which were created in the last update, which caused a lot of random steam problems (as we noticed last Sunday).

STEAM CLIENT CHANGES / ADDITIONS:

Improved condition causing incorrect "game is unavailable" message
Improved condition causing re-update and login when Steam is started
Improved login behavior under Windows 98
Improved MOTD behavior

Lets hope more bugs are fixed than made this time.
