Just now NoA managed to secure the Winter CPL 2004 title after a two map thriller against CPL Summer winners [EYE]. NoA defeated [EYE] earlier in the competition only for that decision to be reversed due to use of the flashbug on Nuke during the first half. In a tense first map on de_inferno with 34,000 people watching NoA managed to overcome [EYE] 16-14 taking it to a 2nd game, which again was to be played on de_inferno. NoA turned on the style during the 2nd map with Naikon, Shaguar and Method all having good individual performances. In the end it was a steamroll victory for NoA who took it 16-5. Below is a breakdown of the final standings for the top 16:
1. NoA ($30,000)
2. [EYE] ($21,000)
3. Team Gamer Co. ($14,000)
4. Begrip ($9,000)
5. compLexity ($6,000)
6. The Titans ($5,000)
7. Death is Eternal ($3,000)
8. Team 3D ($2,000)
9-12. D-Skyline ($1,500)
9-12. ALTERNATE aTTaX ($1,500)
9-12. Made in Brazil ($1,500)
9-12. g3nerationX ($1,500)

13-16. 4Kings ($1,000)
13-16. United 5 ($1,000)
13-16. zEx ($1,000)
The UK's 4Kings.Intel had a dissapointing exit in the lower bracket after being 13-2 up against ALTERNATE.aTTaX they eventually lost in overtime. All that's left to be said is congratulations to NoA.
