It seems like some of the rumours surrounding Clikarena have proved true. Here is their press release in english. It's their translation not mine:

The "OPEN" tournaments are posponed to the 29 30 31 of August. All the cheques received from this date will be send back from the 7 of April with enclosed an invitation for the August tournament.

All the INTERNATIONAL tournaments are still ON and will be confirmed,all the prize money as well. They will be given before the 5 of May 2003 for the winners.

The lan has changed place because we will wait only 500 international players. The new place will make enjoy the lan way much more.

For the players who have already booked their hotel, a free shuttle service will be available for you between the airport-hotel- center Pierre Baudis.

Basically the main tournament is still on but the BYOC has been delayed, as I understand it. The venue has also been changed to the Pierre Baudis centre. You can find all the information on the Clikarena Website.
