Landed Lan Cup

Landed LAN have announced that they are embarking on an ambitious project, involving many of the UKs finest teams and top LAN centres in an effort to promote cash prize tournaments in the UK.

The tournament finals will be hosted at LAN-Nation, the winners of which will be taking home a share of the prize pool of £1500. The tournament will initially begin in the end of June or early July, with 4 centres around the UK playing host to a 16 team tournament played out in a single day. The 4 winners of which qualify for the final event at LAN-Nation.

The finals are set to be double elimination , with 16 teams competing on the Landed stage for their share of the spoils. Signups for the event will go live, once the 4 regional LAN centres have been confirmed.

Landed LAN 8 will also be hosted at LAN-Nation, with signups being based on a first come first served basis, spots will fill up fast with around 200-300 in total expected.

	Coopsy Landed 12:01 5/5/2004	Wood - LANnation is a gathering of BYOC lans. The Landed UK CS LAN Cup, of which the finals will be at Lannation is not BYOC. So that two teams arent playing staring into each others eyes, afraid to speak. :/ or if teams playing are going to have to sit next to each other it would be nice if they could devise some special adminning system.
