Where would we be without LANs? Well that's easy, without LANs we would be stuck indoors on beautiful summer days with nothing to do except comment on UKT, oh wait.

Today's LAN news comes in three stages. Firstly UniCon are hosting the 4th event of their popular We Got Rhythm series. UniCon have spent the last few weeks holding qualifiers for teams wishing to attend the pro tournament. The tournament takes place this Saturday in Manchester, more information can be found here.

Next the CSGN LAN Finals also take place this weekend. CSGN is one of the UK's most popular gaming leagues. The LAN final will begin at 10:00am on Sunday with 2s2p, sG, euth, Caution, Utd, SCEE, eE and rem0te.uk in attendance.

Finally GameOn have announced details regarding their 56th(!) event. The event takes place from the 27th - 30th August. The cost of attending will be £55 (or £45 if you register within 10 days of signups going live). This event will also be hosting qualifiers for GameStars Live the following weekend.
