HL2 Movie Mirrors, E3 Review

Just a couple (or three) of bits to keep you in front of a screen on a Sunday afternoon.

Blueyonder are now mirroring all of the Half-Life 2 E3 movies that were released by Gamespot last week. Download links:

CSNation have done a huge review of the E3 event which took place this weekend. It includes plenty of info about the upcoming CSX (CS for the X-Box), here's a snippet:
Graphically, the game looks fairly well done. Although the trailer showed in-game shadows, there were none in the version at E3. Lighting looks a bit better on the Xbox version compared to what we have now and there were no aliases, or jaggies, apparent. All the models have been re-done and they're all good.

Seriously, I really like that awp. Its all I ever use. You know, I really really hate people that say the awp is a 'n00b' cannon, and I also hate servers that switch the awp off. That really irrates me. So if you are an admin on a server, and you switch the awp off, well... you are just the scum of the earth and I hate you. I also hate having to move (using the forward / back / strafe keys). I prefer just standing still and awping, because thats what I love (the awp). You will generally find me on a dust only 32player as a CT standing on the sniper balcony waiting for n00bs to walk under the underpass. umm yeah, so the awp is my favourite weapon, and it should be yours too, because its the best.
