You still get your truly insanely-untouchable-skilled teams up there but below that you have an even playing field where anyone can beat anyone. Which is why teams now actually have to practice and have teamplay to win tournaments nowadays, unlike back 2-3 years ago when being stupidly good would've won you everything. 	daveeee 17:43 25/8/2005	Not [i]quite[/i] as bad as Boldie says but the gist is right... make a game readily available to kids and they WILL cheat. Admit it, when we were kids we all used silly cheats on Sonic the Hedgehog or w/e, it's just that games were s***ter back then and unavailable to play against masses of people. Now however, it's the norm for these kids to be playing CS instead of the crap old Megadrive games... and the propensity for cheating is still there. The difference is that when we cheated we were basically cheating ourselves, whereas today kids cheat the likes of us. 	mebR 12:52 24/8/2005	uk cs being on an up, and the over skill increasing are different things, imo. the best uk cs players are better than the best players 2 years ago. the middle range uk cs players are better than the middle range players 2 years ago. ok, so there are more blatent cheats, and only two top teams (4kings, alltherage), but im not denying that, im just saying that whats there is of a higher calibre than before. 	daveeee 17:43 25/8/2005	Not [i]quite[/i] as bad as Boldie says but the gist is right... make a game readily available to kids and they WILL cheat. Admit it, when we were kids we all used silly cheats on Sonic the Hedgehog or w/e, it's just that games were s***ter back then and unavailable to play against masses of people. Now however, it's the norm for these kids to be playing CS instead of the crap old Megadrive games... and the propensity for cheating is still there. The difference is that when we cheated we were basically cheating ourselves, whereas today kids cheat the likes of us. Not defending it or saying it's excusable, but it's worth bearing in mind that thems the brakes. Kids cheat. [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]
