"Vivendi Universal Games is in the process of localizing the game in multiple territories for a world-wide simultaneous ship, and will be officially announcing a ship date in the coming weeks."
You have to wonder about the damage that's been done with the constant delays that have taken place with the game; How many people actually plan on buying the game? Not as many as had originally planned, that's for sure.
Will Valve be making a presentation at E3 again this year? Most likely, though nothing final to announce right now.

(This was an automated post)
- It's expected that CS:Condition Zero will finally be with us any day now, after PlanetHalfLife and CSNation have both confirmed that they've received their official copies of the game from Vivendi Universal. Here's what VUGames had to say:
- In other news, Valve have confirmed that we're likely to see Half-Life 2 at this year's E3 show, which takes place in May. Disappointing, given that the game had originally been expected at the tail end of last year, though not in the least surprising:

No matter what you are expecting of HL2 its not being designed purly for the gamers out there HL2 is in reality going to be one big mother of a tech demo for their new engine with a storyline just to make it interesting vlave will make their money by selling the engine to other companies and let them make the "high quality games"
I also think the way id software are advancing has scared the s*** out of valve and they have gone back to the drawing board on a fair few things in their game because as it stands the doom3 engine is gona blow valves engine out of the water.Doom3 may well not have the lastability HL2 promises but the engine will sell by the bucket loads cos not only is it the most beautiful engine to date its actually quite PC friendly once it has been enhanced correctly which is the stage doom 3 is at at this moment. I though doomIII engine = all about light
Hl2 engine = all about physics. [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]
