CSC becomes ESL's CS Champions League

CS Challenge previously hosted by ClanBase will now be hosted by ESL and renamed as the CS Champions league. ESL already has a very successful Warcraft3 league with the top European clans participating. Let's hope it will be the same for the CSCL.

The current league will finish on June 2nd with Ocrana.ATI taking on z0lad. The new season will begin at the start of July. Details of contestants and procedures will be announced soon. For more information visit the official irc channel #esl.cscl or their website.

	funky 22:05 1/6/2004	It probably won't be as big a success though, wallhacking is a much bigger problem and harder to spot than maphacking in wc3 as you still need an insane amount of micro to beat the best in wc3 even if you know their every move....... 	enc\|mike 00:57 16/7/2004	only the top teams from throughout the EU will get the chance to play in the CSCL. At the moment theres some very good teams in the League aswell as AMD64 and SK.de in the Qualifiers. WOLF are the only UK clan currently qualified at the moment. Its going to be a great competition and i can see ESL getting even bigger with this in their hands. ESL just needs loads of UK clans to signup to the UK section so the UK can stop lagging behind the rest of Europe. [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]
