Following on from the recent announcement by GameFrontier with regards to the seedings for the CPL UK Qualifiers held at Landed LAN 7 this weekend they have now released the initial groups for the competition. It appears the Group Stage will be followed by Single Elimination so we shall see how this effects the preparation of a number of teams. The groups are as follows:

As you can see some interesting groupings based on the seedings, Forsaken will probably feel hard done to being placed in a group with 4Kings and Ocrana.ATI but whichever group they had been placed in they would still have to prove they can compete with some of Europe's best. Another surprising inclusion is de_aztec into the maplist for the group stage which looks like this:

not arsed bout the group cos very unlikely we'd get out of any of them so id rather have a crack at 3 good clans as opposed to 2 and then playing someone not so great in a worthless game.
However maps are crap. Aztec shouldnt be in it, mill or fire at least should be instead and then putting cbble in the groups with Aztec will just make it even more less fun for us :( [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]
