Ex UKT writer, Antmoo, has completed the latest in our series of mouse surface reviews. This time he covers the little-known, but quality new mat, the Corepad.
We have experienced the smooth aluminium glide of the 4S, the sleek glass of Black Icemat 2nd edition. Now it’s time for the first rough surface of this series of reviews. 4D? fUNC? No. This review will be focusing on the Corepad.Whatpad? Yes, you heard me right the first time. This is the new kid on the peripherals block. It was only released onto the market in early 2004 and has yet to make a great impact. It looks like the Corepad manufacturers have found a nice market niche as I believe it is the only rough glass pad around. For those of you out there that like it rough, read this review.
The review stay's consistent with the standard of our previous surface write-ups, the fUnc, the SlickSteel Pro XR and the Destrukt MegaMat. To check out the write-up, click here.
Also, if you are into your gaming surfaces, check out Myers' recent interview with Everglide boss, Tudor.
