Clan ONE Recruit Manager

Clan ONE have recruited Iccy as their manager, here's the statement from their website:

"We are very pleased to welcome Iccy as ONE Manager. We were initially intending to give him a trial and settling-in period, but Matt has impressed so much that we have decided to make it official. Welcome to ONE, Matt!
Iccy's role will mainly be to approach and deal with sponsors, as well as bringing in some organisation and sorting out other day to day issues. Hopefully he will be a big help in taking Clan ONE to a more professional level."

I caught up with Iccy to ask him a couple of questions:

Antmoo: How did you becoming their manager come about?
ONE|Iccy: Well, I write news for a couple of things. I was wandering a bit aimlessly around irc one night looking for news and saw alex (Righteous) talking in clanONE. I PMed him and asked for an interview sometime and we started just chatting about nothing really. I mentioned that I was manager of SODA (and still am) and he said ONE were looking for a manager type person and would I be interested, I said yes. After a couple of days trial I guess I did ok as it resulted in me being made manager last night.
Antmoo: What are you going to change in Clan ONE that you dislike at the moment?
ONE|Mr_Iccy: There seems to have been a few things happening behind the scenes. People trying to take the clan for a ride in some respects. Ive come in and tried to sort this out immediately and have had a good response. Also I think by their own admission ONE arent the most organised of teams, a little more organisation regarding practices before tournaments and sponsors, combined with their obvious skill will hopefull bring out the best in them.

This should be a big boost to them, all the best to ONE!
