 | The UK/IE CS Cup, started its season with 136 accepted British and Irish CS teams in March. After three rounds of qualifier, a five week groupstage, and the 16th finals, this week the 8th Finals, the final online round in the UK/IE Cup is played. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Today, at the final day of the online part of the UK/IE Cup, it gets decided which teams will be the last three to join Four Kings, WOLF, SFAL, twisted Reality and CAution! at the UK/IE Cup LAN Finals in two weeks. Sunday's Matches
BLACKLiGHT grabbed their second chance given after Sector7G's folding/inactivity with both hands and have nothing to lose against Game2XS, which are the favourites for this game. Choke, which have seemed a bit unstable and underperforming lately, might get a hard time against Alliance, who are very determined to win this match, which was stamped as EnemyDown Champions grudge match by a guy named ex0dus, who interviewed both teams and posted them on CSGN (here and here). Based on experience Choke should be able to secure this though. The match of the night, being casted by TsN Central, is between the mysterious outsider CNN and the only Irish team left in the Cup, suiGeneris. This match could turn into a really close one.
