UK/IE Cup: 16th Finals - Day 1

The UK/IE CS Cup, which aims to stand out both as online and LAN event in the United Kingdom and Ireland, started its season with 136 accepted British and Irish CS teams. After three rounds of qualifiers and a five week groupstage, the UK/IE Cup now reached its first out of two online knockout rounds before the LAN Finals, ar rounds which hosts teams ranked 2nd in the groupstage playing teams ranked 3rd.

Tonight the first two matches of the 16th Finals are to be played. Sixteen teams fight for a spot in the final 16 of the UK/IE Cup this week. Successors in this round advance to the 8th finals to play one of the eight groupstage winners, a loss means knock out and the end of a team's UK/IE Cup campaign.

9pm	remOte.uk	16	25	Team-X	inferno / train	#ukiecup.2

Best of luck to the teams involved. As we reached the playoffs stage, draws will not longer be possible, and therefore a regular match ends when one team gets 25 rounds. Overtime is added on in case of a tie.

Update: Nocturne contacted me a few days ago that they had reformed and were surely to play, however Kardy of nocturne just contacted me that they split up and have to withdraw. The no.4 of nocturne's group, bleeding Edge, takes their place.
