With the league really taking shape now, the first round of matches in week 6 of the CAL-I CS league were played out last night, on de_train:

After losing to TEC last week, Rival hit form again with a good victory over BiO, who are no pushover, keeping the pressure on division rivals United5. United5, however, managed to continue their own fine form with a win over LaR. Another big match of the night ended with TEC taking full points from ICE, who go three straight losses after winning their first eight matches in the season.

Another note of the evening was the fact that the round saw the return of the famous zEx name to the league. They started in great fashion with a comfortable victory over Agent. Meepins also came up with a surprise win over EG, who had been looking strong in recent weeks. The official site appears to be 'under construction', so for the time being you'll have to settle for Midway's Melee on gotFrag.
