Sanchez from Counter-Strike[uk] has sent word that they have updated with a new article written by Dread. The article focuses on the new voice communication features that will be added to v1.3. Heres a snippet:

Imagine yourself, dust, 20/20 players in server. A mad rampage has just occurred and many people have just experienced a spike in latency. There is going to be a lot of requests put in for a voice transmission, which in turn resolves into a spike in latency yet again. However, although the voice comm. feature is going to be useful in a sense with clan matches etc... the ordinary barrysworld public server is going to be mayhem.
