Trak3r has written up a new guide to 'kicking ass' in CS. The article doesn't cover what he calls 'tired newbie strategies' but trys to go more in-depth than that:"Sound is more important than sight. You can only see what is in front of you, but you can hear in all directions. When you hear footsteps, check your radar. If you don't see a little green dot in the direction of the noise, it's an enemy. I get accused of wall hacking or using spiked models all the time because I start shooting people right as they come into view. It's because I heard them coming."
Pretty nice read, take a peek.
