Gameplay review on Counter-Strike

I got word that the peeps on Gameplay.com did an interview on Counter-Strike, read the snippet:
Perhaps the greatest draw of Counter-Strike it seems, is the sheer realism of the game. From the outset, the development team has strived to create a mod that was as realistic as possible. The beta releases have maintained this direction with varying degrees of success, and the released retail version certainly reflects the best of all the decisions made. The player models look authentic; counter-terrorists apparel is based on SAS, Navy Seals and the like, with their opposites touting equally plausible factionist appearances. All the weapons are based on real-life ones, and for all intents and purposes, they behave as their real life counterparts would. From the close-up devastation of the shotguns, to the effectiveness of the long-range rifles, the spread, accuracy, even the weight of the weapons has been considered carefully.
