CS Crossfire's New Article

CS Crossfire have been updated with aeflux's new article, "Connection Lost. Retry?":

So-called "veterans" of the Counter-Strike community can recall the classic days of Counter-Strike, days where innovation was running strong, player confidence was high, and a potent feeling of passion for the game could be felt in the community. As a whole, the community looked forward to the next beta, where new guns, new maps, and features filled the release to the brim of excitement. Those days weren't too long ago. Now over two years old, a sense of disconnection has enveloped the community.

Unfortunately, the only innovation I've seen since the version 1.0 release on Thursday, November 9, 2000 has been the cheats. We've seen some over-hyped Valve technologies implemented, some bug fixes, and new art. But all of these changes were designed to improve one thing: CPL gameplay. Any way you slice it, CS has changed for one sole reason: the Cyberathelete Professional League.

CS Crossfire have also updated their poll and the new one questions, "What do you want from future CS updates?" You can vote right under "Connection Lost. Retry?".
