ESL UK Premiership Teams

With the start of the first ESL UK league announced only last week, we are proud to be already in a position to announce many of the teams who will be participating in our top division, the ESL UK Premiership.

Here are the confirmed list of the teams who will compete:

With such a great pool of teams we look forward to some amazing games. Please note that teams competing in the Premiership MUST have a Team Premium Account.

Premiership LAN Finals

As we mentioned in previous news posts, the Season Finale will take place at our very own LAN finals. This will include the top four teams at the end of the who will compete in a double elimination tournament similar to that held at the end of our Nightcup Series. More information on this will be released nearer the time.

League Divisions

Although we are very pleased with the amount of signups for the league, there are still some places available. As this is our first league we aim to fill two divisions of 16 teams. In order to participate, each team must comply with the following rules:

• Must have at least 5 members with registered SteamIDs
• An up-to-date homepage including contact information for the team
• A 100x100 pixel logo added to the team account
• Acceptance of the rules
• An adequate team description

Teams will be allocated to divisions dependant on the following:

• Participation in ESL competitions
• Status from other leagues
• Team Premium Status

Although entry to the divisions is free, teams wishing to compete in the divisions which also purchase Team Premium will be directly entered into Division 1 who will then be able to compete for a place in next seasons Premiership.
