Scaramanga, part of the UKT Team, has come up with an all new version of his quality UKTBinder. Instead of me ranting on, I'll let Scara explain:"The UKTBinder program allows the user to quickly and easily modify existing config files or create new ones for Counter-Strike. It allows you to see what keys are already bound, create buy scripts, bind radio and say messages, and create circular binds amongst other things. One of the best features about the program, IMO, is the easy to use GUI, allowing even a complete novice to make a config, whilst still providing features for the advanced user."
Couldn't have put it better myself, it's a top quality tool and you can download it now(404Kb).
