Valve have put out a small announcement that they'll be releasing the HL SDK (Developer's Kit) 2.2 along with the next HL patch (1.1.0.8)."Half-Life SDK 2.2 will be released in conjunction with the 1.1.0.8 client/server updates. The source code for the recently released Deathmatch Classic (DMC), as well as other features, will be included in this version of the SDK. Meanwhile, in addition to Voice and Spectator, we have added two DMC maps to the 1.1.0.8 update. The maps are dcdm5 and p_se_3 by Valve designer Dario Casali. "
I'm not too interested in the DMC stuff, but I can't wait to see the additions that will affect CS, mainly the voice technology.
