WEG 2005 Season 2 - First Group Stage Final Standings

Below are the final standings for the First Group Stage, the top two teams proceed to the Second Group Stage.

Project, Team EG, mTw and NoA depart the competition, the later two leaving unexpectedly early. What both of these teams have in common is the departure of players, right before WEG began walle left mTw and fisker left NoA, maybe this effected them more than they thought it would. NoA also had to return to the second season without element, some people believe element was the driving force of NoA while others feel that quick was an insufficient stand in but after being questioned himself quick stated "The simple truth is lack of motivation from the team to win this event."

Looking at the qualified teams it seems the only threat to 4Kings clenching the title of WEG 2005 Season 2 Champions is Begrip. Who will you place you're tenner on?

	mebR 15:03 12/6/2005	apparently... they needed 8 rounds in total to qualify, so i guess once they had won 8 they stopped using their 'good' tactics and just did rushes or somit meaning they only won a further 2 rounds. i doubt it was to help EG in any way, as the only way EG would stay in is if they beat 4k by a large enough margin to stop 4k qualifying. i think ^_^ [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]
