Its just a complete shame that this game wasnt the exciting 3 map final it could have been if we'd play legit opponents. 	SCEE\|Sarge 11:04 2/2/2005	actualy have to agree on that point, not that i play much atm but ive noticed when you have a player who is using low rates/configging ecetera, it does actualy seem when they shoot you it makes YOUR recoil strange and also makes you lag a tiny bit, why this happens ive no idea, i guess its the server trying to process all the random information and making their bullets hit whilst adjusting your game to take it into account, all very odd. 	georgeda 11:19 2/2/2005	configging doesnt make you anythin like as dodgy as ants/mayi to me at least, after playing against them and watching their demo against whoever they played before landed, that they cheat their tits off. they are VERY experienced cheaters, carefull to try hide the fact they are cheating, maybe not all of them, maybe only 1-2, but the calls they are giving each other are just plain silly. i'm sure anyone whos played them know what i mean. they KNOW where you are, like the area you're in, within a few feet. i dont accuse people unless its obvious to me that they are doing something a bit more than configging. on a side note, using configging to make yourself unhittable is a double-edged sword, it also f***s your reg aswell. (yes, i'm not afraid to admit i've tried it to see what kind of advantage some people try and get) - trust me, making yourself unhittable actually screws yourself over more than anyone else. It wasn't direct tracking through walls and the like, it was their general repositioning and fb dodging that was highly suspect. Landed coming up "banana" and k1d will crawl into a corner looking at a wall to avoid the fbs. They go back and he's looking around a lot more lax, hardly observing that lovely pixel on the wall that he spent so long looking at. As geo said, they are experienced cheaters. Try and see how many times you can catch them off guard, and how many of those strangely timed team HEs and so on happen. It's a combination of dodgy play and soaking antics, with a past track record and doing nothing on non-byoc lan that make everyone doubt them. And as for the firing at people with dodgy rates affecting your own recoil, it's annoyingly true. Some people seem to have awesome stopping power on every weapon of theirs, yet you cannot force them to even judder as they strafe and spray everywhere ;-) [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]

Had a recent lan where he wasn't too bad, played well enough infact that people like duck who will not usually speak out went and said he's good at lan and probably wasn't cheating. Furthermore c4u had already been disqualified from a previous similar tournament in a semi high profile game for their use of no-smoke. It is blatantly easy to tell when you're playing against skilled players or noobs with wall hacks. Back then they were all in the same halls at uni and got themselves very organised. Apart from that old "Sky" player they werent dodgy as in WH's etc. Plus that was back when they used to play clans like Meatyballs/s7g/odt & tdr. Not the likes of Landed, lastchance & forsaken. But everybodys saying 'look at there CSGN results last season they must be cheating' why? look at them again.. they played well against half decent teams and won most of their games that wernt defaulted. Isnt it posible that they could of got good in a 4 month period of time? Of course it is... Where did dreaM (aka. c4u) come from? they were around for years but only got noticed when they started to beat decent teams.. just like AnTs. This is what annoys me, be it a new player or a new clan they just cant be seen as good anymore. Theres always some chump on here like DK saying how bulls* they are cos they got owned by someone they had never heard of before. Cant they just be good? Im giving the guys a chance and i hope they prove me right. I could eat my own words but i hope i dont want to! 	SCEE\|Sarge 11:04 2/2/2005	actualy have to agree on that point, not that i play much atm but ive noticed when you have a player who is using low rates/configging ecetera, it does actualy seem when they shoot you it makes YOUR recoil strange and also makes you lag a tiny bit, why this happens ive no idea, i guess its the server trying to process all the random information and making their bullets hit whilst adjusting your game to take it into account, all very odd. 	georgeda 11:19 2/2/2005	configging doesnt make you anythin like as dodgy as ants/mayi to me at least, after playing against them and watching their demo against whoever they played before landed, that they cheat their tits off. they are VERY experienced cheaters, carefull to try hide the fact they are cheating, maybe not all of them, maybe only 1-2, but the calls they are giving each other are just plain silly. i'm sure anyone whos played them know what i mean. they KNOW where you are, like the area you're in, within a few feet. i dont accuse people unless its obvious to me that they are doing something a bit more than configging. on a side note, using configging to make yourself unhittable is a double-edged sword, it also f***s your reg aswell. (yes, i'm not afraid to admit i've tried it to see what kind of advantage some people try and get) - trust me, making yourself unhittable actually screws yourself over more than anyone else. It wasn't direct tracking through walls and the like, it was their general repositioning and fb dodging that was highly suspect. Landed coming up "banana" and k1d will crawl into a corner looking at a wall to avoid the fbs. They go back and he's looking around a lot more lax, hardly observing that lovely pixel on the wall that he spent so long looking at. As geo said, they are experienced cheaters. Try and see how many times you can catch them off guard, and how many of those strangely timed team HEs and so on happen. It's a combination of dodgy play and soaking antics, with a past track record and doing nothing on non-byoc lan that make everyone doubt them. And as for the firing at people with dodgy rates affecting your own recoil, it's annoyingly true. Some people seem to have awesome stopping power on every weapon of theirs, yet you cannot force them to even judder as they strafe and spray everywhere ;-) [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]

Furthermore c4u had already been disqualified from a previous similar tournament in a semi high profile game for their use of no-smoke. Back then they were all in the same halls at uni and got themselves very organised. Apart from that old "Sky" player they werent dodgy as in WH's etc. Plus that was back when they used to play clans like Meatyballs/s7g/odt & tdr. Not the likes of Landed, lastchance & forsaken. But everybodys saying 'look at there CSGN results last season they must be cheating' why? look at them again.. they played well against half decent teams and won most of their games that wernt defaulted. Isnt it posible that they could of got good in a 4 month period of time? Of course it is... Where did dreaM (aka. c4u) come from? they were around for years but only got noticed when they started to beat decent teams.. just like AnTs. This is what annoys me, be it a new player or a new clan they just cant be seen as good anymore. Theres always some chump on here like DK saying how bulls* they are cos they got owned by someone they had never heard of before. Cant they just be good?
