Counter-Strike Center Updates

The
Counter-Strike Center have introduced two new sections to their site:
- A Decal/Spray Paints Section, featuring downloadable decals as well as the chance to submit your own.
- And a Sprites Section featuring sprites of all kinds, ranging from crosshair replacements for the sniper rifles, zoomed-in guns, death sprites, weapon sprites, and HUD replacements.
