Admins are worse than cheaters!

Benzarro, guest author over at The CS Crossfire, questions whether those friendly helpers on servers are really helping us at all:

Is fairness too much to ask for nowadays in CS? Why do admins feel the need to kick anyone who shows a good amount of skill? To keep it fair? I don't know about you, but a server full of mediocre people doesn't seem like it'd amount to a very fun game to me.
