Counter-Script open Reviews Section

Counter-Script have declared thier Script Reviews Section officially open:

The Script Reviews Section is finally open. Our first reviews are on two Freeware programs: (Q Bind by Clandestyne Software and The Counter-Strike Alias Binder). These programs are similar to each other as they both edit cfg files. I felt it was best to post them together as a comparison.
