• One is from Trooper entitled "Future Enhancements" looking at, surprisingly enough, what kind of features future versions of CS should include.
  
• And one is by Eggs called "Do some maps favor one team?":

  Let’s take a look at the maps. One of the maps that probably is the most biased is cs_assault (leaving out new assault maps). This map has been called a suicide warehouse. T's can simply sit in the large open warehouse and wait for the ct's to try to make an attempt to come in and rescue the hostages. If played well, in my opinion t's could win this map 85% of the time.
