Over at Action Nation they have interviewed The Genius co-leader of Clan 4k CS division, previously known as B!TCH before they merged. Heres a snippet:

Cheesebury: B!TCH has been one of the oldest and best established clans in UK CS history, from very close to the beginning of the clan scene taking off you`ve been well respected, what do you attribute this to apart from people sucking up to get a trial? :)

TheGenius: Well we worked up way up from the very bottom of the ladder to where we are now, I think (hope) people respect us for doing this, we got here by hard work and commitment. We also show respect to any other gamers out there, no matter how good or what the reputation we will treat them equally, we just try to be down-to-earth :)
