Assymilator over at Frag-Energy has written a nice article regarding starting your own clan. It details what you will need and how to go about recruiting members:
I am writing this article to make it easier for people who want to start a clan. Trust me, starting and maintaining clans are quite hard. You need to know the basics and the "must needs" to attract members.
On the subject of clans, UKTerrorist's brand new clan (|UKT|) has entered the Clanbase UK league and we are currently unbeaten :) If you feel that your clan could take on the UKT staff and regulars then why not go ahead and challenge us.
