New CS Spy

The CS Spy team have sent over an email to let us know that they've released version 0.4 of their CS logbot for irc:

- New Icon ADDED
- Some window-moving-problems FIXED
- Sometimes it wrote the playercount twice FIXED
- Checking if the IRC-Server is not responding ADDED
- The Scoreoutput-feature is moved to the parameter /advanced . FIXED
-- Some "double-server"-problems.. FIXED
- Weapons are green ADDED
- Some nickchange problems FIXED - Excess flood is allmost gone now. FIXED
- Channel-key support ADDED
- Faq on the homepage ADDED
- Misc
