Four-Kings Intel 13 - 11 ABIT-Strike

Four-Kings Intel defeated ABIT-Strike 13 - 11 on de_dust2 this morning to advance to the semi-finals of the World eSports Games. Four-Kings Intel came from behind against ABIT-Strike losing the first half 10 - 2, however a solid performance all-round led to an oustanding 2nd half displaying winning 11 - 1.

It has been a while since 4K lived up to our (often overhyped) expectations. Gradually declining tournament from their previous 5th - 6th finishes has led to a lack of belief in how good the team could actually be. Well 4K have now answered such critics, their road to the semi-finals saw them lose just once in 6 games.

Four-Kings Intel will now play 3rd place CPL Winter team GamerCo, as by some extreme good fortune, advanced to the semi-finals winning just two games from six. The semi finals are as follows:

World eSports Games - Semi-Finals
Four-Kings Intel -vs- GamerCo (best of 3 maps - 27/02/05)
MouseSports -vs- Team NoA (best of 3 maps - 24/02/05)
