4K defeat TAG in $10,000 Showdown

After much speculation the grudge matches have finally gone ahead. Just moments ago TAG took on 4Kings in a battle for the new $10,000 price purse. For those of you who are not very quick off the mark and suggest why I-eS was not involved, let me remind you. TAG is Team-AMD Gamer, 4Kings are sponsored by Intel, get the picture?

The map was to be de_cbble and the rules were MR 15. Results:

4Kings (T) 7 - 8 TAG (CT)
4Kings (CT) 9 - 1 Tag (T)

4Kings had a pretty good T side performance but when they switched to CT their defence was rock solid. 4Kings then laid the smack down on TAG, showing them what it means to be top 10 world ranked clan. Well played to 4K who take home $10,000 and to TAG who have shown some real promise to challenge them in the future.
