cs_rio review and new CSBot

- Sawman, from Ice Terminal has reviewed cs_rio, by Mataleone & Crocodilo. The map received a high rating with a 7.3 average, finishing with the recommendation to "Find a server and play it!"
- Also, a new CSBot has been released, originally titled 'CS Bot', alpha 1 has just been released so head on over to their site and grab it.
