de_cXg_damage

CyberXGaming have finally finished playtesting de_cxg_damage for use at their finals event in Las Vegas. The custom map follows hot on the heels of maps released by the CPL such as Mill and Fire. The history of custom maps however is a rocky one, with some proving to be extremely successful, whilst others have the gameplay of london science museums.

Hopefully this map will be taken seriously and will be adopted by other competitions in the future.

Well I'm betting CXG and CPL will no doubt refuse to recognise the other exists, in the time-honoured "lalalala I'm not listening!" tradition of major businesses with close rivals, but for small tournaments like BWCSL/CSGN they'll no doubt just play the good maps and ignore the crap ones.
