3D Win WCG USA Qualifiers

The WCG USA Qualifiers were held this weekend in New York. Amongst the clans attending were favourites 3D, [rs], [W.E.W] and |zEx|. 3D, as expected, went on to win the event and book their place in the WCG Finals in Korea, where they may come up against our very own Infinity-eSports at some point during the tournament. Here's some info from CSNation:

With an exciting 2 group setup, the tournament provided a lot of thrills complete with close matches, upsets, and a whole lot of adrenaline. The winner of this tournament goes on to Korea to compete in the WorldCyberGames as the team representing the USA.

That team... [3D].

The final match included [3D] (Desire, Discipline, and Dedication) against F^ (Forsaken, aka Team NetZone) in a classic finals bout on de_nuke. [3D] went undefeated throughout the tournament and secured the win over the team that overcame nearly the entire looser's bracket, Forsaken.

The score in the final match was 3D: 13, F^: 7
