The CPL announced the official International Counter-Strike Qualifiers for the The CPL Pentium® 4 Processor Winter 2003 Championship, taking place at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Dallas, Texas, from Tuesday, December 16 to Saturday, December 20, 2003.Europe

Im sure their will be a lot of protest at the lack of European qualifiers and their locations. But for the cream of Europe I'm sure they will find no hassle with transportation.

Only the 3 lucky teams to win the quals, and the few who can sponsor themselves can go.
