mTw and aTn Part Ways

After what can only be seen as a long and fairly successful partnership between German CS clan 'Mortal Teamwork' and German PC distributor 'Alternate' the companies have mutually gone their seperate ways. Here is the official statement:

After more than a year as mTw.alternate we will again be called mTw for the time being. We were unable to agree with Alternate about a common future.

We are currently in negotiations with a number of sponsors, of which we will already be presenting the first ones on the 1st of september.

We would especially like to thank Bjoern Bartsch for the excellent co-operation and the good relationship he created between mTw and Alternate. We also would like to wish Alternate all the best of luck with their new portal and thank them for the past year.

With HLO recently parting the mTw organisation and the sponsorship between them and Alternate breaking down it certainly isn't the best time for them but no doubt they will pull through and continue to be a strong entity within eSports.
