There have been several developments at popular online CS league CSGN recently, and Stono has sent us over a statement regarding these which he would like brought to attention. First off is the 'Champions Cup', which is the winners of each division within CSGN. Here is the fixture list along with the complete statement:

The cup dates for the CSGN Winners Cup have now been confirmed to the following:
Sunday 27th July

All games will be covered by live HLTV and match bots. IP's and channels can be found in #CSGN on the night of the games.

CSGN would also like to announce that in Season #2 you will no longer be competing for nothing! The confirmed prizes so far are:

	Stono 23:12 22/7/2003	im in talks with some other companys at the moment, you gotta remember its hard to get stuff for free, if i had all the funs i wanted i would buy the winning clan a server rack... but the fact is CSGN is a non-profit orginisation soo i make 0p of it. 	Stono 23:50 22/7/2003	You cant choose to go in a lower division :/ + even if you did you would still have to play the premier winners. Its basically to give clans who feel they were missplaced a chance to take on some of the other winners, it helps us with divisional placments next season aswell. Or some monkey outfit who claim to have gaming servers. but really who can never deliver.. Imean come on j0lt gaming is pure turd and i cant even remember the last time i played on there servers.. even By's shoddy 400mhz servers lick there holes and still leave abit of gravy for the "blasters" to lap up. true j0lt are profit organisation and prolly bash out good prizes.. But UKT LAN is a good contest and yet no ones won anything yet. 	Necroboy fightclubclan 10:06 23/7/2003	jolt stopped spiking awhile ago :D I havent played on the small servers, however, the 20 man servers are a little laggy and not the best reg. I would imagine the smaller servers would be great. Atleast jolt dont ban innocent people for cheating! (I got banned for aimbotting on by, HEHE!). As for csgn, I thought it was very well run. To make it perfect they need fixed match days and servers like barrysworld league. But if this is not posible the current method is fine! Another comparison is jolt has taken 7 months since their league finished season 2, with season 3 'ready to go' apparently they are waiting for a signup form to be made.
