Bits and Bobs

An update for all those that were taken in by UKT#4 yesterday and may have missed snippets of news. These are as follows:

• A-Laget recently lost their .de squad and yesterday it seems their wc3 squad also parted ways after the squad leader decided to walk (due to a better offer elsewhere) and the rest of the squad soon followed. This just leaves A-Laget as a Swedish CS Squad, one hopes they will continue and compete with the best in SEL and other competitions.

• The new boy mezzo, at up-and-coming Swedish team Begrip.GoL has been interviewed by Fragbite. It is a good read and talks about his past with various clans and another top Swedish team xPerience.se. It's a good incite into a player that has much potential but has not fully achieved greatness as yet. The interview can be found here.

• Nine-Friends return after a period of inactivity, indeed a very short period of activity, but nevertheless they are back and hoping to make an impression. Full info can be found at the Nine-Friends website.

• Gotfrag.com have started a preview of the upcoming CPL Summer event in Dallas. They plan to discuss several of the top teams due to attend including 4Kings along with differences between the European and USA scenes. The initial articles are worth a read and are set to continue throughout the week.

• Some information now for all those teams looking for web-hosting. A new company has formed, called Clansites, with some very competitive prices. Further to this they are offering 200MB of space with extras to the first 10 teams that sign-up.
