That was artistic license on their behalf. I didn't realise it was gonna get a whole page in PC Gamer. I was asked to comment on a few games, so I did and left them to it. It's a nice thing to happen though despite the odd negative comments that I've been receiving for it. There are 5 times more people that have been congratulating us and that's refreshing. I'm a long time reader of pcgamer as I'm sure others are, what got me laughing is 4K have appeared in it before, but never more than a sentence or a small coloum like "best at". The part of the magazine is dedicated to online games and gaming, but the fact ED featured for 3/4 of a page really made me realise that they really didnt know alot about what they were printing. My story was 'tongue in cheek' because of that, and the fact it made me laugh. Hands together for ED though, they sold themselves quite nicely and to the other readers that dont play or follow CS i'm sure the fact ED "has attracted hundreds of teams including FCC,SO19,RONIN, SCEE, SODA and Choke" will be very impressive. No offence to these teams or ED really they do the best they can and they scored big time with a near whole page article in a major gaming magazine, but the fact is they could have featured somethign decent in this section! Not gonna hide that as you(deebo) clearly think we are embarrassed to be in ED. No "BaL" 'clearly' your wrong. I'm a long time reader of pcgamer as I'm sure others are, what got me laughing is 4K have appeared in it before, but never more than a sentence or a small coloum like "best at". The part of the magazine is dedicated to online games and gaming, but the fact ED featured for 3/4 of a page really made me realise that they really didnt know alot about what they were printing. My story was 'tongue in cheek' because of that, and the fact it made me laugh. Hands together for ED though, they sold themselves quite nicely and to the other readers that dont play or follow CS i'm sure the fact ED "has attracted hundreds of teams including FCC,SO19,RONIN, SCEE, SODA and Choke" will be very impressive. No offence to these teams or ED really they do the best they can and they scored big time with a near whole page article in a major gaming magazine, but the fact is they could have featured somethign decent in this section! It's got a friendly atmosphere and most teams in it enjoy playing there and being part of the community. Life doesn't start and finish with 4K...... what they do with their time is upto them.
