aNouC & zx9-Luke Interviews, gotFrag Rankings, CS Fanzine, CPL Winter

I know it's lame, but I can't think of an introduction.

• First off, SK.ladies CL, aNouC, has been interviewed over at Gamingeye. It's a pretty lengthly interview, with some handy info at the end.
• Luke, from Norwegian clan zx9, has also been interviewed, this time by ESReality. This one is much shorter, but a decent read nonetheless.
• The gotFrag rankings have been updated once again. This month's changes see 4K storm up to 6th in the world rankings and 4th in the European rankings- their highest position yet. Clan zEx have also clinched the top spot in the North American rankings, after their runners-up spot in CAL-i last season.
• Among the heaps of columns that have appeared recently, UKT member acron^ has revealed his plans to create a CS fanzine. From the comments, it seems to be a popular idea, but he really needs to know if there would be any demand for this type of mag. So read, comment and then vote to help him out.
• Finally, TheCPL have announced their Winter Games event. The huge LAN is set to take place in Dallas on the 16th - 20th December with a very sweet $100,000 on offer for the Counter-Strike tournament. The other games to be played this year are Halo and Warcraft 3. Some people may be surprised by the inclusion of Halo as it is the first time the CPL have used the game in any of their events. Registration for the event is expected to go live on 1st August, so visit theCPL website to keep updated.
