	Shaw 00:08 20/6/2003	Antmoo seems pretty cool in that sector from wot we've experienced, but tbh its not just a "manager" searching for sponsors, its the entire team that has to go out of their way for those sorts of deals, theres a lot of the behind the scenes things that are done between kensai and the sponsors, they dont just give give give, we help them in return, we act as a link for them into a community... you dont need to be SK to provide the link, just be known enuff that people see you around... take ukt and bwcsl for example, even if we went on to lose every game 13-0... people "taking da p***" about us mean that every time theres a result... we get our names in the comments... people talk about sponsorship... our sponsors get a mention... in the words of some crappy voice program.. "link enabled", There are a lot of teams within the UK community who skill wise deserve to be at every lan available, its obviously possible to get the sponsorship deals to fund these travels as kensai have proven, these terms need to push thereselves in other ways, however a lot of the teams prefer to concentrate on the CS side of things which is why a lot of teams have Managers nowadays, lets hope that with these managers teams can secure deals similair to what we recieve and can all be able to attend every lan possible... GL To Everyone In This Area... Least the "Flaming" is getting less as time goes on... although a look at hltv in LC game may show differently, but hey thats just kids. 	Loxam Lite 20:05 20/6/2003	Was a gg with lc shame about the admin problems, only really got going half way through. Even so we never expected to beat LC with our new team because we are just that, a new team. You can't just form a brand new team and beat everyone, you have to put effort into it. Same with our sponsorship stand as people have mentioned - sponsors are not earnt always on success, but rather presentation and what you can offer a company. Give us a few months and we may be challenging the higher profile uk clans. As for comments effecting us, they don't. I have been leading this cs team through its varying stages over 3+ years and I enjoy the good with the bad, thats part of being the leader. We are quite happy with what we have built up and I speak for myself and the team when I say we will continue on what we are doing :) [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]
