CAL-I - Shock vs. TEC Resolution

CAL have announced a decision over the Shock vs. TEC match, where one Shock member was found to have violated WWCL. Here is the word striaght from the horses mouth:

"After careful consideration as to the most fair means of solving the "kS = bob" issue, CAL has decided to allow a replay of the TEC vs. SHOCKWAVE match. John "kS" Richmond will also be suspended from the match.
A list of all illegal config settings will be posted for the start of next season, along with the consequences. Questions about the legality of settings can go on no longer. If you think it can be illegal, DO NOT use it. Simple solution for everyone."
