The Rats are back!

If you have ever played a game of CS on de_rats, then you'll know what a great laugh it is! For those who haven't - take a peak at Wireplay's dedicated de_rats server at 212.140.216.96:34567.

Now the creator of rats (Zaphod Bebblebrox, interviewed on our hallowed pages previously), wants to build on its popularity and release a fully fledged mod for HL called, 'Rats!'.

Rats! pits an evil pack of rats against a group of mice in macro-mapped environments. There are two teams, the rats and the mice. They battle it out in humongous surroundings in either deathmatch or both sides struggle to capture the other side’s cheese and return it to their base in Capture The Cheese mode. Every rodent will unrealistically be equipped with awesome weapons of destruction.

Rather un-CS related, but still looks like it could be fun. There are still a few positions available on his team, so check out his site for more info.
