gamers.nu have done a nice little feature in which they ask 20 gamers from clans around the world such as element, steel and Dark, what they drink before a game. The feature was inspired by the recent arrival of gaming supplements such as MindFX. The general consensus is that water is the best thing for you before a game but there are a variety of answers. Here is a teaser:
-bullet-Rhyzz: I've always got a can of coke next to me but I don't bother with red bull or anything because it's too expensive and takes about 4 or 5 before it takes any effect. Pro Plus (a popular caffeine tablet in the UK) can help though.
