More results to bring you from the Opencup Division 2 Fall 2002. This was the final week of action from the group stages, next up is the playoffs for a few UK clans. Here are some results:
- EndGame 0 - 48 GTST (default win)
- fightclubclan 29 - 19 inD
- lastchance 37 - 11 DkS (report here)
- omg! 17 - 31 Arcy
Good win for lastchance over DkS, who unsportingly tried to gain a default win after claiming Arak, Stannly and Song were mercs. After all calmed down it seems DkS have to win every match they play to please their sponsors. FCC won again, meaning they finish 3rd in their group, I'm not entirely sure whether it's top 2 or 3 that progress so fingers crossed for them. omg! lost their final game to group winners Arcy, but still qualify in 2nd position. As for Induce, I'm tired of constantly going through the CB search engine to look for them so I'll wait for someone to post their score in the comments. VETS play tonight in their final game, the rest have either withdrawn or played all their matches.
As far as I'm aware the 3 clans certain of progressing to the next stage are Disturbed, lastchance and omg!, so good luck to them in the next phase.
